So, making the dough takes time, a lot of time actually. On the contrary with the ready-made base you can make your pizza under just 5 minutes. Grab a ready-made dough, throw in your favorite ingredients and voila your pizza is ready for baking.

The best part of making pizzas is adding the topping and decorating the pizza.

Mushroom & Corn pizza (in 30 mins)

  • 1 Ready made pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp pizza/pasta sauce
  • Mushroom
  • Corn
  • Green onion
  • Handful of Mozzarella cheese
  • Italian 5 spices
  • Honey (optional)
  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees
  2. Coat your base with olive oil
  3. Add in a layer of pizza sauce
  4. Decorate with your favourite veggies : used mushroom & corn for the recipe
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and the italian 5 spices
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 mins until the cheese has melted
  7. Optional : Drizzle some honey or sauce you prefer

I love my pizza either sweet or spicy thus I always opt for honey on top when I made veg ones. You can also try it with chili sauce.

Some other veg toppings include feta cheese, olive, pineapple, tomato, capsicum, chili and spinach to name a few.

Even though homemade dough’s taste best, the ready made one is a good alternative when you are running out of time. I bought this ready made base at the local supermarket.
